Premiere crashes whenever I change export destination

Hello--

I have been running into an issue with Premiere 2023 where my entire program crashes whenever I try to change my export destination.  The moment I click 'location' to open up the file explorer, Premiere freezes and I a have to force quit.  I do save every time before I ever try to export, and once I reopen the program I am able to change the location, but it has gotten to the point where at least half a dozen times a day I find myself having to force quit.  Judging by some of the other threads posted here, it looks like others also have the issue but there does not seem to be a solution.

Where is the solution, Adobe?

Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
