So I've posted a few times the past few weeks re: the constant crashing of Premiere.  Hey Premiere Pros: you must have 20-30 of my crash reports!

Anyhoo, finally just googled 'how to stop premiere from crashing'.

The first video in the search said the first thing to try is to switch from GPU ACCELERATION to SOFTWARE ONLY in the PROJECT SETTINGS.

I do remember a few versions back where there was some issue when I was using GPU Acceleration.

Well, I switched it yesterday afternoon and Premiere has not crashed one time. I'm not saying the battle is over, but at least I have hope.

Here is the video with some other tips, FWIW.  But for those of you whose system is crashing, give it a shot.

If you do a search of this forum you will find the same answers.

If Pr stops crashing on Software only there is some sort of problem with your graphicscard.

Ann, if you're reading this, what can I do?

So, it's not my graphics card. What is it?  Why can't I find a solution? It it just my system?
