Observei que alguns arquivos dos projetos simplesmente sumiam do hd ou danificavam.

Are you talking about files like video and audio that are linked to your project? Premiere should not do anything to them. What message are you getting? Are you using an exernal hard drive? Maybe Premiere just can't find the files because the drive has changed or the files were moved. I am guessing as don't know the full details of what is happening on your end.
