Premiere does not start (0xc000007b)

Greetings!

When I try launch Premiere Pro from the Cloud just nothing happens. When I try it from the start menue this message appears : the application failed to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

 

I reinstalled Premiere, I razed and reinstalled my graphic drivers, I also deleted  all MS Visual C++ components and reinstalled them. Windows version is up to date. C:-Drive has 630 GB free space.

 

I am out of ideas ... anyone can help?
