PREMIERE DOES NOT USE NVIDIA GPU, USE INTEGRATED

help, premiere does not use my nvidia card, and I have it activated, it uses my integrated gpu, 
I have updated adobe and the drives.

You may need to Use BIOS https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/quot-could-not-find-any-capable-video-play-modules-quot-... to select a display adapter

Make sure you have CUDA enabled for the effects. For playback of H.264 you might want to use the IGPU (Quick Sync) instead of the GPU (Nvenc) as seen in the video below.
