Premiere Essential sound Dialogue presets are gone.

One of my editors lost his Premiere essentail sound dialogue presets. Nothing was done to the program but update it. All of his other presets are still there and working fine. I tried installing older versions and then tired uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck in fixing the issues. Has anyone had this issue and figured out how to fix it?

Bumping because I also have this problem and there is no solution because Adobe one again has dropped the ball 8)
