Premiere Export Media Menu/Options Will Not Open

Running Adobe Premiere 23.3.0 

Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1

Mac Studio 

Plenty of space

Premiere Media Export Settings/Dialogue will Not Open

Tried File Export Media from Menu

Tried Apple M shortcut 

Tried different timeline focus options found here in support community i.e., selecting everything in sequence, making sure blue box was around timeline.

Rebooted 

Removed Cache files

Reset permissions

Uninstalled and Reinstalled App

Started New Project - tried new different media with same result 

Was able to drag SEQ from Premiere into MEDIA ENCODER and got it to work that way.

Known issue

Do a forum search: loads of threads.

Workaround: file > export > send to AME

First thing I did - tried everything I came across thx.

Just to follow up - I did reset the premiere preferences 3 more times and on the 3rd reset it seemed to work and the encoder window/options have returned.

I ran across users saying this only works temporarily for some so hoping for the best.
