Premiere Freezes when my timeline view is fully zoomed out.

Feel like this is a new bug in recent versions but just taking the time now to address it.  I'm working with a 3-camera multicam, with proxy files 960x540, timeline running about forty minutes long.  Whenever I zoom out to view my entire timeline, I have to wait 5minutes before the program is functional again.  This is across several different windows 10 PCs.  I've developed
