Premiere freezing during selecting drive

Hello everyone, Since last week I have discovered a new interesting bug in Premiere 21 and 22. Whenever I export a video and want to select a drive as the destination, the program crashes or freezes every second or third time and has to be restarted. I've reinstalled and updated all software drivers, but the problem hasn't gone away. Do you have any ideas to fix this problem.

first thing to try: reset the preferences.

So this is happening upon drive selection, but it might be related to certain settings.

can you give us more details: are you exporting to H.264?

if you try to export to QuickTime GoPro Cineform YUV 10 bits, what happens?

are you exporting to external drives or local ones? Hardware or Software encoding?

did you try to clean your media cache? if it is an old project, you cna also try deleting the 

render files from sequence (preview files)
