Premiere Keeps Crashing when Trying to View MXF Files in Media Browser

New Here ,
Mar 30, 2023 Mar 30, 2023

I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem: I had a hard drive crash. Went and got vendor to retreive data and place data on another hard drive. Unfortunately, data was all scrambled. One folder contained MXF files.

When I try to use Premiere's Media Browser to preview the files, it begins processing but after a few moments Premiere crashes. Any help with this matter is appreciated.

If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
