Premiere keeps muting audio tracks, playback is choppy and it keeps freezing by almost everything

I recently upgraded to Windows 11, and ever since then Premiere is completely unusable, before that it didn't have any problems. Main issue is performance, it freezes by the smallest things (for example trying to stretch out a text on the timeline, or adding an edit), but I could get used to this, however, it keeps muting audio tracks randomly, sometimes I only hear the voice of the person who's talking, sometimes I can hear the background music too, sometimes only the background music, and a lot of the time, nothing. The problem is with premiere that's for sure, because the voice meter drops whenever premiere fails to play back audio tracks, as for the performance issues, I tried checking Task Manager but everything was normal, the problem is not with the hardware. I tried every setting, every trick I could find online but nothing worked. I tried reinstalling it, installing an older version, moving it from one hard drive to the other, I installed Windows 10 again but nothing seems to solve anything, and I'm out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
