Premiere keeps "rounding" my time ?

Hey guys, I'm working on a project adding subtitles to a video. I choose to type my timestamp and subtitles in a .srt file and then import it to the video. But I encountered a problem: the timeline of subtitles after importing in Premiere does not match the timeline I typed in the .srt file. The difference can easily be seen in the two pictures: My .srt file has the frame unit of 08 and 10, respectively while after importing to Premiere pro, my frame unit seems to be "rounding" when it's 00 and 00. I'm currently using Premiere pro 2022 and my sequence setting is 30 frames/sec. Can someone help me with this?

SRTs don't have frame numbers; those are milliseconds.

If your sequence is 30fps, then  (8/30) * 1000 = 266.667. To enter 03:09:08, you enter 00:03:09,267
