Premiere loading after clicking something

my premiere pro cc2020 was loading after I clicking something. it's like when I'm changing windows from premiere to another program and then go back into the premiere, my mac cursor was changing into a kind of loading cursor in mac. well, the duration of the loading cursor was not that long but it affects my work performance for the long run. any solution for my problem?

Dont change windows while loading.
