Premiere messing with my graphics driver

When I open my premiere pro projects my whole computer bugs out. It closes and restarts open applications on my desktop (example: Discord, google chrome, etc) and becomes so slow to the point where it is unworkable. I think it is a graphics driver issue because of the way that the screen goes black then displays again as if you are updating/installing a driver. I had recently gotten an RTX 3080 and every since then premiere has been acting up every time I use it. Any ideas?

Try doing a full remove/clean of your video drivers and installing the latest STUDIO release drivers (not Game Ready driver)
