premiere não transcreve áudios

Coloco o vídeo na sequência, vou em "Texto" para transcrever (PT-BR), faz todo o processo de carregamento, mas no final aparece "Nenhum diálogo encontrado."

Já usei esse recurso várias vezes, mas os arquivos de hoje não estão sendo transcritos e é difícil legendar escrevendo cada palavra individualmente.

Estou usando a versão 24.3.0 (Build 59) em Windows 11.

Hey carlosgnan,

Sorry for the issue. Please go to Edit > Preferences > Transcription and share your settings. If all options are enabled, try unchecking the "Automatically transcribe clips" and "Enable language auto-detection" options and set your default language. Let us know if that makes any difference. Please also let us know if you see this issue with a specific audio file.

Parece um BUG, aconteceu cmg, fica alternando entre a opção GRÁFICOS e LEGENDA e quando aparecer o botão azul para CRIAR LEGENDA APARTIR DE TRANSCRIÇÃO, você clica nele e vai criar a legenda direitinho com o audio.

Estou com o mesmo problema, e nenhuma das sugestões resolveu. Estranho que é dentro de um projeto que antes funcionava perfeitamente.
