Premiere not finishing exporting with the new update

Hi, After the recent update I cant export any files. 

The exportig process stops in the final minutes and then crash my computer.

Please check this update asap.

In the title: New Update. The Update I got by utilizing Creative Cloud - Premiere Pro V22.3

Issue: Crashing when exporting

Screenshot showing that the exporting process stoped in +- 3min - Already tried several times.

I export on H264. 

My Pc is a Dell, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz / 16,0 GB

How to solve this issue?  Everything was working well before the update.
