I don't know what's going on, but somehow I can't even start Premiere. The process appears in the Task Manager but doesn't do anything. When I reinstall and run it for the first time, it starts but then stops responding and crashes. I have already been looking for solutions but with no success so far. I tried using different versions, but the same issue persists. All the other Adobe programs are working and initiating fine; it's only Premiere that's not working.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Best is not to install programs on a second drive but rather on the C drive to avoid issues.

I didnt had any issues like this one with Premiere so far and the Adobe Suite was occupying too much space in my C Drive

Well now you have an issue. Hence the advice get a bigger drive and use the default install path.

I don't think that could be the issue, I've reinstalled a few times premiere and all the other adobe software are working fine

You need a bigger OS SSD. You simply have too little free space on that 128 GB SSD for the amount of RAM that you have installed.

If you don't get a bigger OS SSD, I don't think you will.

But why are you saying that, the program was working fine until now and I've been using the same SO SDD

The problem here is the Windows page file. By itself, it needs at least as much free space on that SSD as the amount of installed RAM that you have in order to function properly. Otherwise, if the SSD runs out of room, the page file cannot expand large enough, resulting in crashes and lock-ups. And trying to disable the Windows page file will not work at all in newer versions of Windows as Windows will always recreate and expand that page file no matter what.

Also tried to do that, didn't work aswell. I need to fix this issue with premiere.
