I'm using the latest update from Adobe Premiere and I'm having trouble exporting, which is taking more time than usual

I updated the system and the definition of the graphics card and all the definitions and I did not find a solution!

Post system specs, OS and screenshot export settings and file analyzed in Mediainfo (treeview)
