Premiere Pro 2021

I have been experiencing this pop-up when trying to add a song for my background music, I dont know what to do please help me fix the issue. I tried re-installing, deleteing cached data and non of those worked. Please email me ways to fix this.

When I try to import a song it says " A low level exception occured in importerMP3(importer:37)

MP3s are not the best for editing. Drop that file onto the Adobe Media Encoder icon and convert it to a wav. (PCs) Then try that file.
