Premiere Pro 2022 & 2023 Export CRASH in H264, H265, DNxHD codecs from timeline with JPEGs & PNGs

I am going insane here. I have been using Premiere Pro for 14 years, and every update alway seems to come with another ridiculously incompetent oversight of a bug. I export every project I've done for the last 3 months in H265 for Youtube and H264 for other socials. I've had no issue. But I just made a project with PNGs and JPEGs and NO MATTER how many times I try to render, both from Premiere Pro CC 2022 and CC 2023, it crashes. H265 and H264 crash every single time within 4%. DNxHD exports to around 47% then crashes every time. All previews on timeline are pre-rendered which I thought might help. CUDA, Open CL and Software all have this issue. I have updated both programs, my GPU drivers and everything else and I'm at the point where I'm about to give up on that. Shoulda just composited it in After Effects to avoid this ridiculous headache. Does anyone know a workaround?

Been having this issue since last November. It's outrageous. If you 2 pass it crashes. If you export big files it crashes.

I believe I found an idiotic workaround. Exporting it to internal drives fixes the issue for me. I have no idea why, my 3.2 gen 2 drives are plenty fast enough, but this has fixed it for me

did you try to change your sequence video preview and presets settings to QuickTime like GoPro Cineform

rather than H.264?

Hi Chubby Shark,

Did you see any error messages? Are you able to export other projects in your external drive?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Nishu
