Premiere Pro 2022 Audio much worse

Hey,

 Has anybody else noticed that the audio in premiere pro 2022 when shuttling at 2x and 4x speeds is much worse than any previous version?

This is extremely clear when listening to somebody take a breath between speaking or during  activity. such as running, or biking. They sound as though they are "tinny" or that the sound is coming through a metal snorkel.

I've  tested a variety of files on versions 2022, 2021, and 2020.

Only 2022 has this audio issue.

Make sure the default input in the audio hardware (preferences) is set to none.
