Just installed PP 2022. When I am importing my video files on every file I get an error message "Unable to import video... File contains Bad frames."

Everything was fine on PP old version, with the same files it worked well.

and I'd suggest that you work in the previous version in the time being.  One of the great features of Premiere is that you can have multiple versions installed on your system.  I have versions going back to premiere 2017 on my system just in case...

updates often make greater demands on hardware so first thing to check is whether your system meets minimum specs

Please tell us your source properties and where they came from.  Are any of them from screen captures or smartphones?  If so the problem may be variable frame rates which can cause intermittent and unpredictable issues.  Here's how to diagnose and fix this

use mediainfo to determine whether your source is variable or constant frame rate
https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download
if it's variable use handbrake to convert to constant frame rate setting the quality slider in the video panel to maximum
https://handbrake.fr
and here's a tutorial on how to use handbrake
