Premiere pro 2022 lag

Bonjour,

J'ai d'énormes difficultés à travailler sur Premiere Pro 2022 ces derniers temps. L'interface lag, l'action que je commande s'exécute plusieurs secondes plus tard. Je ne sais pas comment régler ce problème. J'ai un mac book Pro, je suis à jour dans les mise à jour, et j'ai plus d'un quart de lire sur mon ordi...

Can you please share your system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM, Pr version? Thanks. Also a screen grab of your issue will be helpful.

Thanks for your response.

MAC Os Monterey, version 12.3, and I use Premiere Pro 2022.

I have no idea where to find CPU, RAM, GPU, vRAM. 

And no need for a screenshot, it is only very slow, it's lagging every time I do something (cut, move sequence, etc.)

It is very complicated for me to understand the FAQ because it is in English, and I don't understand every words. (I speak French).
