Bonjour,
J’ai un abonnement Creative Cloud et j’ai besoin de Premiere Pro 2022, version 22.1.2, pour Windows (compatibilité plugins/projets).
Pouvez-vous me fournir les liens de téléchargement hors ligne (offline installer) pour cette version ou autre. 
J'ai été dans l'obligation de formater mon OS et j'ai perdu cette version qui est compatible avec mes composantes.

Nope, only 2024 and 2025 are available though CC desktop.

Might want to try support and ask for a video agent and explain your situation.

Welcome to the community. Currently, only the latest and the previous major versions of the Creative Cloud apps are available for download. Versions prior to that are no longer available. Please refer to this link to learn more about the available versions of Adobe apps. Hope it helps.
