Premiere Pro 2022 will not open or load

Have uninstalled a few times, even all of my apps AND Creative cloud.  I found a thread of some Microsoft windows 10 visual studio distribuatable file that gets lost and fixed it once.  I beleive the error is 4013.  

Never had trouble before 2022 and my windows 10 is up to date. Becoming a useless app.  Although I use it as small part of my business for promotion, it's become a problem for the monthly subscription I pay.

Any ideas of at least to know where to look for an answer other than call tech support.  Not e

Hey there, sorry to see this!

Does it get stuck on the splash screen or does nothing ever appear when you launch the app? Does it launch from a new user account on your PC? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-...

Did you use the Cleaner Tool?
