Premiere Pro 2022 won't quit on MacOS Monterey

I started a new project in PP 2022 on a MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey. Whether or not a project is open, when I quit Premiere Pro it fails to completely shut down and I can only force-quit it. I tried reinstalling it and also deleted the media cache but same behavior. I have been having other performance issues with PP 2022 (crashing while rendering), but not sure if they're related.

Specs:

macOS Monterey 12.0.1

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

Processor: 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i90

Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

I am including a spindump of the app after attempting to quit it.
