Premiere Pro 2023 crashing every time I open any project (2021 Macbook Pro, MacOS Monterey V12.1)

Premiere Pro 2023 has been crashing every time I open any project.

It opens, the project loads for a second, then the below error message (see attached image) pops up. I've tried clearing the media and plugin caches, which seemed to work once, but does not appear to do anything anymore.

Premiere Pro info:

Version 23.6.0 (Build 65)

Comp info:

2021 Macbook Pro, 64GB

M1 Max Chip

MacOS Monterey V12.1

This is SO FRUSTRATING. It makes using the software impossible. If anyone has any ideas, I would love to find a solution.

(or is it time to learn Davinci Resolve?)

@type1wild This sort of thing is often due to some 3rd party software, hardware or driver conflict on that system. If we can find your crash report(s) we can sometimes tell what that conflict is.

Can you:
(1) Add something into the comment field of the crash dialog to tell us what you did when it crashed. Something short like what you wrote above is fine.
(2) Check on the box that says Adobe may contact you... and add a valid email address into that box.
(3) Be sure to press the Send Report button
(4) Let me know what email address you used and when you sent the crash report in (incude your time zone). You can use the direct message feature to send that part to me privately if you want.
