premiere pro 2023 no se cierra

Hola!

No se por qué no puedo cerrar mi premiere. Parece como si se hubiera tiltado. Intento forzar el cierre pero no funciona. Sin embargo, puedo seguir editando el proyecto que está abierto y hasta mismo exportarlo sin problema tambien. De todas formas, si quiero crear una nueva secuencia o proyecto tampoco me deja. 

Quisiera saber cómo hacer para poder cerrarlo y de alguna forma "destrabarlo".
