Premiere Pro 2023 project freeze during rendering and export

I have been trying to render a project in Premiere Pro for 4 days now. The project is about 34 mins in length. It Freezes every time I try to render it. Never in the same spot. No error messages. I have tried it on 2 different computers. I have done it software only, CUDA, and OpenCL. Both computers exceeds all the requirements for running adobe products, and have never had an issue before. SInce I have done it on multiple machine in different locations, I am coming to the conclusion that is possibly software related.

Trash preferences and media cache.

Make new project, import old one and try again.

That didnt work.. continues to do the same thing on both computers. Does Adobe actually give support for their product, or after 7 years should I switch. This is ridiculous.
