Premiere Pro 2023 won't export properly

I'm trying to export a project, but almost every time it reaches the end of the export, it gives an error message saying, "Error retrieving frame -94 at time (insert time) from the file" and can't export the video properly. I've had this problem since last night.

It often says, "Error retrieving frame -94 at time 23:00:03:04 from the file C:\Users\nedgr\OneDrive\Documents\Movie Reviews\Logo Greenscreen.mp4, substituting frame 0"

Do not use One Drive for editing, it's only suited for storing files or backup.

I'll try moving the file outside the OneDrive.

With the OneDrive you will get errors...

So buying more internal storage or an external drive is the solution. 🙂

If your internal drive is so full that you cannot store a MP4 source clip, then it's too full to allow Windows and applications to funtion well.

The percentage of storage space that needs to be kept available on the C drive or Macintosh HD varies based on the total capacity of the drive, but keeping at least 10% free is a good minimum amount.

At the very least, get a fast USB3 or USB-C thumb drive and move your source clips to that location.  If that doesn't leave at least 10% of the C drive or Macintosh HD free, find more files to move.

Of course, if video editing on a regular basis then look into higher capacity storage that is fast enough for the data transfer rate requirements of your source footage for all of your video projects.
