Premiere Pro 2024 not installing

Had Premiere Pro 2024 on laptop and saved a couple projects. Just got a new laptop with faster processing speed and more RAM, so went to install Premiere Pro 2024 so I can finish my projects. However, after installed CC and clicking on the Install option for Premiere Pro, it keeps installing the 2023 version (23.6.8). Nowhere in CC, or online, can I find the ability to download the 2024 version - the very same version I was using last week on my older laptop. So now, I can't even open my projects......

Thanks, but none of these steps worked.

I don't have an OPM.db file in my directory. The only .db file in the designated folder is filesync.db.

However, I reinstalled CC for Desktop and when I went to install Premiere Pro, I received the following pop up:

"You are on an ARM device. While we develop a new version of this app for ARM, you can use the Intel-based version on your device."

That just tells me that Adobe hasn't figured out how to develop Premiere Pro for modern devices. I don't see any solution to my current issue.
