Everytime I try to open Premiere Pro it just freezes on the loading up screen.

I have:

- updated the software

- uninstalled and reinstalled again

- restarted my mac

And nothing works.

I tried opening it with shift click to delete cache and reset plugin loading cache, but everytime, it just ends up frozen trying to open it.

My mac is fully up to date (macOS Sequoia 15.2)

I have no idea what to do now and despertely need help!

Hi @Jennifer27406772k2nm - Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How do I write a bug report?

Do you have any plugins or third party panels installed?
Sorry for the frustration.

I'm having the same problem as well as I render everything the night before and then when I reload, I have to re-render everything again this is absolutely ridiculous.  Multiple crash reports multiple crashes.

Hi @ALIASLABS,

Can you try updating macOS? Let us know if that helps with the stability issues. Are your video preview files on a NAS or touched by cloud storage? If so, place them on a local drive and see if that helps.

Thanks,
Kevin
