Premiere Pro 22.0 is broken, buggy and laggy

Premiere v22 very laggy timeline. GPU not being used for timeline playback. 

Impossible to playback while using Lumetrics which require GPU rendering. 

Crashes every 5 minutes. Every possible thing seems to be wrong with this update. 

If i playback at "Full", i can get somewhat decent playback, but if i add lumetrics, or other effects, or if i go to a lower playback resolution, i get an unwatcheable 0.1 fps playback speed. 

Above issues is while working with 4K 50fps in "Video Codec Type: MP4/MOV H.264 10 bit 4:2:2"

Forced to go back to v15.4.1 until a major update to v22 has been made

Seems like you are using some somewhat heavy effects. What are your pc hardware components?
