Premiere pro 22.6 crashing while exporting 2 sec logo animation

Project is set to 60 fps for smoother playback

whenever I try to export , either the software crashes instantly or if the export page loads, it crashes when I press the Export button.

*I have already cleared all the media cache

*64 gigs of ram with 80% set default for this app.
