Premiere pro 22 starts my video 2 seconds ahead of where it should

Hi. I'm currently attempting to edit a video for youtube. I haven't done any editing yet because upon importing my video I noticed that whenever I press play in the program sequence area or the project area, the video plays from two seconds past the beginning of the video. Basically, its as if the first two seconds of my video don't exist, but I haven't edited it yet. When I play the original file in VLC it starts from where it should, with the first two seconds included. Not sure how to fix this, any help is appreciated.
