Premiere Pro 23.2 DNxHD HQX Export results in artefacts 8-bit (DaVinci)

Dear Community,

when I export my edit in 1080p 25 (DNxHD HQX 10-Bit Codec) as an MXF. I usually can use that master file instead of the original files with an .xml to grade in Davinci. Now sometimes before I occasionally get an 8-Bit export which results in artefacts in the image while grading. The solution was to export it a couple of times in Premiere Pro until it worked somehow.

But recently I can't get it working anymore. Please help!

The source footage is 10-bit of course. When I drag them into the Davinci timeline the artifacts don't appear with the same grade applied.
