Premiere Pro 23.2 Stuttering on Win10 Asus TUF RTX3060ti OC 8G

I've been really diasppointed on the latest Premiere pro 2023. I've been searching for solutions for 7 days and I've been wasting time and money plus resources to find answer. My pc previously updated to Win11 but continues to stutter in Premiere so I reformat and install only Adobe cloud Premiere to Win10 but nothing improved.

 

My specs is following:

  • Ryzen 7 5700G
  • MSI MPG B550 Gaming edge wifi
  • Asus TUF 3060Ti OC Edition 8G
  • Samsung EVO 500G m.2 NVME ssd for the OS
  • Samsung EVO 1T m.2 NVME ssd for my storage
  • MSI 850W PSU
  • 32G RAM OCPC edition
  • note: Installed the latest Nvidia Driver for the gpu

 

Steps already tried:

  • Deleted cache
  • Tried Switching to Mercury playback engine CUDA but still stutters
  • Tried Switching to Mercury playback engine Software Only but still lags
  • I've already used proxies and rendered video clips to mp4
  • Turned off Audio hardware input in preferences but still stutters
  • Turned off "Enable Mercury transmit" at one time to test if it will be ok but still stutters
  • Video in timeline got no effects, it is a simple video in 1920x1080 for podcast. No intro effects

 

I've been loyal to you guys for over 2 years and paid so much.

THIS IS NOT THE RESULT I'M EXPECTING FOR THE PREMIUM SOFTWARE.

SPENT SO MONEY AND INVESTED ON HIGH-END PC BUT PREMIERE PRO RUNS LIKE A CRAP. PLS. HELP.

I'm not blaming Adobe but can you please talk to NVIDIA whenever you release updates.
