I just updated to Premiere Pro 23.6 on Win 11. The projects are all in a production workflow and every time I open a project, the workspaces are now shuffled around and not consistent. There can be re-arranged but once you exit the project and go back in, they're all over the place again.
I've unsintalled Premiere and used the clean remove tool to wipe all previous settings. Reinstalled and issue persists. Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this? This is very frustrating to have to do this every time for every workspace.
