Not nearly enough information to help you, sadly.

What's your OS? Where did you create or get the .look files? Where are they stored on your system?

And is the Global Fx Mute button in the Program monitor toggled on somehow?

Its Mac, i dont remenber, i download many years ago, they are stored in: Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/LUTs/Creative as usually.

Some screen grabs of what you're seeing would be helpful, showing the timeline, Program Monitor, and Lumetri panel ... maybe the Effects Control panel also.

Oh ... is this within Premiere, or when you export a file and view outside Premiere?
