Premiere Pro (24.4) - performance issues - frequent crashes

Since the last May 2024 update (24.4) for permiere pro, the application is extremely slow and buggy and crashes all the time. Is there a way to undo this update and continue my workflow?

To be clear, there are 2 May updates. The roll-out of 24.4.0 was halted, and a new version, 24.4.1 is now the current. Have you tried that one?

 

You can also roll back to 24.3.
