Premiere Pro 24 Transcription options missing

I'm not seeing any option in Premiere Pro 24 to "Transcribe from in to out point" it wants to transcribe the entire clip, but that takes too long. Am I missing something? Can some one let me know how to just transcribe a section of the clip, this was easily possible in version 22. Thanks

Found the options for "Static Transcript" and saw "Transcribe in point to out point only" It didn/t do anything the first few times I tried. I had to restart Premiere a couple times then it eventually worked
