Premiere Pro/After Effects Dynamic Link Error

I'm an avid Premiere/AE user. For some reason I'm encountering an error when trying to link my sequence into after effects using dynamic link. It's really frustrating me especially cause I have a deadline with this project. Any one out there with some knowledge of how to make it work? Both are updated to the latest versions of the programs.
