Premiere Pro & Rush both keep crashing!

A couple of weeks ago a filmes a friends wedding using the new iPhone 13 Pro and GoPro Hero 9.  I can't spend more than 3 minutes editing in Premiere before it crashes.  To start with I thought it was the size of the videos, but then yesterday I tried to export a very simple video and it stalled 2 minutes in to exporting.  Then tonight I've tried to export another simple video in Rush and it also froze only a couple of minutes in.

 

I bought a new laptop a few months ago and everything has been fine until the last couple of weeks.  HELP!

 i have been facing same issue on premier while editing a video recorded on 13 pro. So i am looking for solution

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Hand brake to convert to constant frame rate:
