Premiere Pro Audio in left ear

I create a sequence and drag my clip and i only have audio in my left ear, but my clip shows that i have audio in both left and right. Need help.

For some reason it was my custom sequence messing up the audio. I just used the base sequence and made custom adjustments and it fixed it. Thanks for the help i appreciate it .

reset premiere pro preferences or
Maybe update audio driver or do a system audio test?

Post screenshot of timeline especially show the mix: might be set to mono.
