Hello Everybody, I am having an issue with exporting files from Premiere Pro. I am running on Apple Studio M1 Max 32 GB Ram 1TB SSD,  Mac OS Ventura 13.0. I've bought recently Adobe Cloud Apps package. I was hoping to speed up my working process (I am a film editor). but first time in my life (I've. been using Premiere Pro for past 15 years) I am having a trouble with exporting media from the programme. I've tried all the fixes. including unistalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing helped. Anybody can provide me with a working solution? Does Adobe provide an online or offline services to help out in similar situations? It is truly annoying to be paying that amount of money and not being able to properly export my edits. Please help!!!!!!

What, exactly, happens when you try to export? Are you getting an error message?  If so, what is the exact wording?

Is there enough free drive space? What are the hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Whenever I wanted to export media Premiere Pro was just crashing without
any window or message appearing on screen, simply nothing was happening and
I couldn’t do a thing, the app was just stopping to work and I was able
only to force quit and open it again; I tried the filxes I found online
like making sure the timeline is highlighted, copying to new sequence,
rendering in & out, increasing virtual memory, using Adobe cleaner tool
etc. Nothing worked.
I am having 1TB SSD integrated (only MacOS and Adobe Cloud apps on it,
project files on an external 2TB SSD NVme (only 200GB used as I am editing
with proxy files).

Thanks for help. I am about to install again the Adobe Cloud Apps, third
time in a week, with a small hope that this time I will be able to export
files and Premiere will work smoothly.

Hello Maciej Madracki,

After choosing the "export" command - are you seeing the window with the "home" icon in the upper left corner?

If not, where is that window?
