Premiere pro cc 2018 crashes after I added a essential graphics window

My premiere pro cc 2018 crashes after I added a essential graphics window. I tried removing cachès and trashes, reinstalling it, reboot my laptop but nothing is working what should I do? my project is due on wednesday I need to fix this fast....

You will have to be more specific.

Add an Essential Graphics Window as in new mogrt, as in workspace, as in timeline, as in ............?

I dont know why but whenever i try to add a essential graphics window premiere crashes and the application closes and every after 10 minutes it automatically shutsdown

Hello, I have the same problem.

It crash when I open the window of essentials graphics, also crash when I open the workspace of essentials graphics and also crash when I try to open my projects that I have develope in the Essentials Graphics work space.

I allready delette the NEW mogrt files and reinstall premiere pro, and still crashing 😭

Help please.

I realized that it crashes when i used any graphic settings and im sorry for the commotion im just a newbie in premiere pro
