It keeps reading mp4 as audio or doesnt read it, it even can't read mkv.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still have the same problem.

The image shows that some media is offline. Select those clips in the Project panel and choose Link Media and click the Locate button to locate the files.

The problem somehow comes back occasionally I just noticed so it random to where I get it
