Caption Track Styles are saved in the Project Panel. From there you can export. Then import to a new project.

Thanks, Stan - found it in the Project panel eventually and exported OK (now where did I put it..?)
Importing same to new Project panel automatically adds it to the dropdown style list (over in the Caption>Edit Panel).
Wish it was as easy as in Microsoft Word.

Thanks for reporting back. I don't know if anyone has submitted a feature request for this -  think library option for caption styles.

As Premiere creates a new "clip" with your caption style, you can easily reuse it in other sequences or even projects. You can drag and drop it between different sequences and projects.

It's much simpler to have two projects open at the same time.  Then you can copy and paste it from one to another.
