Caption Track Styles are saved in the Project Panel. From there you can export. Then import to a new project. See this post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/premiere-pro-15-edit-rename-delete-captions-master-style/m-p/11885848#M333723 Stan

Thanks, Stan - found it in the Project panel eventually and exported OK (now where did I put it..?)
Importing same to new Project panel automatically adds it to the dropdown style list (over in the Caption>Edit Panel).
Wish it was as easy as in Microsoft Word.

Thanks for reporting back. I don't know if anyone has submitted a feature request for this -  think library option for caption styles.

As Premiere creates a new "clip" with your caption style, you can easily reuse it in other sequences or even projects. You can drag and drop it between different sequences and projects.
