Premiere Pro CC will not import .mov files from my iPhone 14 Pro max

When I import MOV files from my iPhone 14 Pro max some of files are imported but few files are left with a message that the file format is not supported

Please use the free MediaInfo and post a screenshot of the properties of your media in tree view:

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:

Hey Ravi,

This shouldn't be happening. Could you let us know which version of Premiere Pro you're currently using? Let us know what type of device you're using to store the footage.
